What an agent actually does

An agent is a software worker that runs on your data, talks to your systems, and produces a specific business output on a schedule (or on demand). At Greenway, our agents:

  • Finance agent — reads QuickBooks every morning, identifies invoices >60 days past due, drafts personalized follow-ups, and queues them for a human to approve before sending.
  • Sales agent — watches incoming leads, researches the company, drafts a tailored first-touch email, and routes hot leads to the right rep.
  • Marketing agent — pulls Google Analytics weekly, drafts a digest, and proposes 3 social posts based on what's working.
  • Ops agent — monitors AWS spend, NOC alerts, and ticket queues. Flags anomalies. Suggests fixes.
  • Orchestrator — sits above the others, identifying when one agent's output should trigger another's work.

How an engagement works

  1. Discovery (1 week) — we shadow a back-office function with you and identify the 2–3 highest-leverage agent opportunities.
  2. Pilot (3–4 weeks) — we deploy one agent end-to-end, integrated with your real systems, with human approval gates. You see real output day one.
  3. Scale — add more agents, expand the orchestrator, train your team to maintain and tune them.

What it costs

Every user is different and a quote will be generated after the initial consultation. Ongoing platform hosting + usage can be customized to your plans or budget.
