Introducing Greenway DRaaS — Operational 911 Compliance, Not Just a Tool.
For the last several years, Greenway has run its own 911 operational discipline internally — call-path monitoring, PSAP relationships, the alert dispatch that keeps our voice network compliant. Today we're announcing that the same playbook is available as a service to other carriers, contact centers, and PSAPs.
Why "as a service" matters
There's no shortage of tools that monitor 911 paths. Buy a license, log into a dashboard, hire someone to babysit it. That's not what we built.
Greenway DRaaS is an operated service. We run the monitoring on your behalf. When a qualifying outage hits, our systems prepare and dispatch the PSAP notifications. We operate the PSAP contact database you provide. You get monthly compliance reports, a single phone number to call when something escalates, and an audit trail you can hand to the FCC.
The three things we do
For carriers who need to be compliant themselves — we run the FCC-22-88 monitoring and PSAP alerting operationally, not as a tool you log into.
For operators who want the alert program for their customers — we white-label the T911™ Automated Alert Program through our DRaaS platform partner, and operationally support the messages and alerts.
For peer carriers and EMS centers — we help other operators stand up the same capabilities under their own brand, and we configure direct alerting for EMS centers and PSAPs that want visibility on callers who couldn't get through.
Why we built this now
FCC Order 22-88 is in force. The 30-minute PSAP notification window doesn't bend. And honestly, the number of CLECs and ILECs I talk to who genuinely have this wired up correctly is small. The risk profile of "we'll figure it out if something happens" has gotten too steep.
We were already doing this for ourselves. Bringing it to operators who don't have the in-house team to do it right is the natural next step.
See the DRaaS service page for the full breakdown — three roles, how an engagement works, and what it looks like operationally.
